• Each company's data is kept apart; any attempt to open another company's data is refused and logged.
• Access follows each person's role and branch; duties are split when finance approvals are involved.
• Every change in your company is recorded; what the COSMOS team does is recorded separately.
• We don't claim any certification yet (for example ISO 27001 / SOC 2).
