• Each company's data is kept apart and can only be opened by users who were given access.
• COSMOS staff only open a company's data in a support session that is logged, tied to a ticket and limited in time.
• Data is not deleted automatically when a subscription ends; the final data retention policy is waiting for management's decision and a legal review.
